Microsoft Outlook is one of the most common email solutions in companies. eVolpe distributes a plugin that connects your mailbox with the CRM system you use.
The Lite version of the integration covers archiving individual email messages and creating individual CRM records directly from Outlook.
The Pro version provides two-way synchronization of the calendar, together with tasks, contacts, meetings and phone calls, as well as automatic archiving of sent and received messages. An address book built from the data stored in the CRM is also available.
Licensing: 12-month subscription per user, with updates and bug fixes included during the subscription, under the eVolpe Modules Master Subscription Agreement. Prices are net (excluding VAT).
