A connection between your CRM and a PBX (telephone exchange).
Integrating the Asterisk PBX with Sugar makes information about completed calls more transparent. The plugin lets the CRM receive information about calls made from the Asterisk database (PostgreSQL) and save it as phone call records. With the two systems connected, the CRM database can be queried automatically while the automated attendant is running, for example to check a customer’s current balance. The CRM also stores audio recordings of the calls, as links to MP3 files kept on the Asterisk server.
Licensing: 12-month subscription per CRM instance, with updates and bug fixes included during the subscription, under the eVolpe Modules Master Subscription Agreement. Prices are net (excluding VAT).
