Having trouble keeping your system in order? This module is for you. It helps maintain database consistency by searching records in other areas of the system and comparing individual types of fields. The user receives a clear notification when trying to enter a duplicate record, for example a Contact with the same name as an existing Lead.
The system detects duplicated phone numbers, email addresses, and the first and last name of a business partner. The mechanism can be freely configured by defining which areas are included in the cross-module duplicate search.
Licensing: 12-month subscription per CRM instance, with updates and bug fixes included during the subscription, under the eVolpe Modules Master Subscription Agreement. Prices are net (excluding VAT).
