  • Two-way synchronization: Events created in SuiteCRM or Outlook/Teams automatically appear on both platforms. Recurring meetings are only partially supported, with only the first event of a series visible in SuiteCRM.
  • Participant synchronization: The system automatically recognizes meeting participants based on their email addresses. Only users, contacts, or leads present in the SuiteCRM database are added. The status of responses (accepted, tentative, declined) is not synchronized.
  • Linking with accounts: SuiteCRM assigns events to the appropriate contacts or companies, making it easier to organize meeting histories.
  • Online meetings: Scheduled events automatically include Microsoft Teams meeting links visible in the CRM.
  • Real-time updates: Microsoft Graph webhooks provide immediate synchronization without delay.

Email Synchronization

  • Automatic message retrieval: Emails from selected folders (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items) are directly delivered to SuiteCRM. Users decide which folders to synchronize.
  • Linking emails to CRM data: The system checks sender and recipient addresses and assigns emails to corresponding contacts, companies, and leads.
  • Attachment support: Attachments from emails are automatically saved in SuiteCRM and can be viewed within the system without leaving it.
  • Real-time synchronization: Thanks to Microsoft Graph webhooks, every new email in Exchange appears instantly in SuiteCRM.
