The plugin supports internal processes and communication with customers. Use SMSAPI (a Polish SMS messaging service) to design automatic SMS notifications sent to selected numbers when events occur, such as a new lead being created or a complaint being received. This shortens response times to customer inquiries and improves the customer experience.
SMS can also be a useful marketing channel. The eVolpe plugin supports bulk text messaging to a defined group of recipients as part of a planned campaign. You can also use it ad hoc, for example when, while working in the system, you see a need to contact someone by SMS.
Licensing: 12-month subscription per CRM instance, with updates and bug fixes included during the subscription, under the eVolpe Modules Master Subscription Agreement. Prices are net (excluding VAT).
