A connection between your CRM and a PBX (telephone exchange).
The purpose of integrating the Slican PBX (Slican is a Polish manufacturer of telephone exchanges) with Sugar is to let you start phone calls from within the CRM. In addition, the plugin lets you view the caller’s record together with the information collected about them in the CRM (history of previous contacts, contact details, related orders and calculations). You can also create a new record from the call dialog window. A note is required during or after the call, and all of this is done without switching between system screens. External calls are also logged in the CRM, together with the start date and the call duration.
Licensing: 12-month subscription per CRM instance, with updates and bug fixes included during the subscription, under the eVolpe Modules Master Subscription Agreement. Prices are net (excluding VAT).
