Last and Planned Contact Date Module for Sugar

Wondering whether anything slips through the cracks in the rush of daily tasks? This module gives you convenient access to information on when you last communicated with a customer, and whether (and if so, when) the next contact is planned. The feature helps identify “neglected” customers and leads, and lets you verify that the relationship will be continued in the future. Sales conversations can be filtered out from other forms of contact (for example automatically sent invoices or marketing newsletters), and the results can be shown on the main dashboard of the person managing sales.

Licensing: 12-month subscription per CRM instance, with updates and bug fixes included during the subscription, under the eVolpe Modules Master Subscription Agreement. Prices are net (excluding VAT).
