- Two-way sync: Events created in SugarCRM or Outlook/Teams automatically appear on both sides. Recurring meetings are partially supported — only the first event in a series shows in SugarCRM.
- Participant synchronization: The system automatically recognizes meeting participants based on their email addresses. Only users, contacts, or leads existing in the SugarCRM database are added. Response status (accepted, tentative, declined) is not synchronized.
- Linking to accounts: SugarCRM assigns events to the appropriate contacts or companies, simplifying meeting history organization.
- Online meetings: Scheduled events automatically include a Microsoft Teams meeting link, visible also in CRM.
- Real-time updates: Microsoft Graph webhooks ensure instant synchronization without delay.
Email Synchronization
- Automatic email fetching: Messages from selected folders (e.g., Inbox, Sent Items) go directly to SugarCRM. Users choose which folders to sync.
